Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Adam Cianciarulo earned his fifth win of the season after leading the final 15 laps at the penultimate round inside Broncos Stadium at Mile High. The win extended his points lead to eight points going into the final Western Regional 250SX round in a few weeks. Teammate Garrett Marchbanks was forced to race in the Last Chance Qualifier, which he won, but retired from the main event on the opening lap after going down.

Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Adam Cianciarulo showcased noticeable maturity during the triple crown format as he was forced to come through the pack in two of the three main events, ultimately finishing fourth overall with a 1-10-3 inside NRG Stadium. Rookie Garrett Marchbanks was able to find the podium in the second main event but after going down on the opening lap of the third race was forced to finish ninth overall. Cianciarulo leaves Texas with a five-point lead in the standings with two races remaining in the Western Regional 250SX Championship.

(March 27, 2019) – Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Adam Cianciarulo and Garrett Marchbanks get their chance to impress the Texas crowd this weekend as the series makes its stop in Houston, Texas. The round will also serve as the final Triple Crown of the season, a test of endurance with three 10 minute-plus one lap races. Cianciarulo enters the race 12 points ahead of second and is eager to get another win in the books. Marchbanks is hoping to overcome a 12th place finish in Seattle and grab a result in the top 10.

The change to the regular format will put the duo to the test, but Forkner took his second career win under the Triple Crown format last year in Atlanta and Davalos won one of the three main events so history bodes well for the team.
