Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Adam Cianciarulo earned his fifth win of the season after leading the final 15 laps at the penultimate round inside Broncos Stadium at Mile High. The win extended his points lead to eight points going into the final Western Regional 250SX round in a few weeks. Teammate Garrett Marchbanks was forced to race in the Last Chance Qualifier, which he won, but retired from the main event on the opening lap after going down.
Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Adam Cianciarulo showcased noticeable maturity during the triple crown format as he was forced to come through the pack in two of the three main events, ultimately finishing fourth overall with a 1-10-3 inside NRG Stadium. Rookie Garrett Marchbanks was able to find the podium in the second main event but after going down on the opening lap of the third race was forced to finish ninth overall. Cianciarulo leaves Texas with a five-point lead in the standings with two races remaining in the Western Regional 250SX Championship.

Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Austin Forkner and Martin Davalos will compete in the always-interesting Triple Crown event this Saturday night as the series takes over Ford Field in Detroit. The change to the regular format will put the duo to the test, but Forkner took his second career win under the Triple Crown format last year in Atlanta and Davalos won one of the three main events so history bodes well for the team.
MX Sports Pro Racing has announced the return of Fox Raceway in Pala, California, for the 2019 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing. The new Southern California home of the world’s most prestigious off-road motorcycle racing series will host the second round of the season on Saturday, May 25, when the Pala National joins the most iconic weekend in motorsports on Memorial Day Weekend.
