Overview / Challenge

The Ryan Dungey Foundation sought to host its first-ever fundraising event, Opportunity Awaits, with the dual goals of raising money for children’s charities and uniting the moto community. The challenge: build and execute everything in less than three months.

Approach / Solution

Next Level worked side by side with the Foundation and key partners to bring the vision to life:

  • Created the event branding, logo, and graphic package (print and digital).

  • Built a custom online registration and fundraising platform.

  • Executed an integrated communications plan across PR, social media, email, and partner networks.

  • Secured support from top riders (Ken Roczen, Jeff Emig, Cooper Webb, Colt Nichols, Haiden “Danger Boy” Deegan, and more) to create fundraising teams.

  • Coordinated on-site activations including Stacyc/Strider demos, dealer booths, and RD Coffee hospitality.

Results / Impact

  • 500+ attendees at Fox Raceway.

  • $75,000 raised for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and All Kids Bike.

  • 27 media placements reaching 31M+ potential supporters.

  • Broad social amplification from athletes and partners, exceeding 4.5M followers.

  • The event’s success created a blueprint for future fundraisers and secured additional invitations to host ride days nationwide.
